Please note that international delivery times may occasionally vary due to customs processing or carrier delays.
Import Duties & Customs Fees
Most US orders are delivered without additional charges. However, in rare cases, import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees may be applied by US customs authorities or the shipping carrier.
These charges are determined by local authorities and are outside of our control. Any applicable customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.
If you experience unexpected customs charges, please contact our support team with your order number and proof of payment. While we cannot guarantee reimbursement, we’ll always do our best to assist and review the situation fairly.
Please note that additional charges caused by delayed payment, refused delivery, or incorrect shipping information are not eligible for reimbursement.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order has been prepared and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including tracking information.
Please note that during busy periods, holidays, product launches, or restocks, processing times may be slightly longer.
Tracking Information
All orders include tracked shipping.
After your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link by email so you can follow your shipment.
Shipping Address Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information during checkout.
Please carefully review your shipping address before placing your order. Clay Date is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

Returns & Refunds
To be eligible for a return, items must be returned unused, unopened, and in their original condition including all original packaging.

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, you will receive an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase
- iDeal refunds typically take 2–3 business days
- Credit card refunds may take up to 30 days depending on your payment provider
Please note:
- Returns are processed within 14 business days after arrival
- Original shipping costs and return shipping costs are non-refundable
- We currently do not offer exchanges; returned items can only be refunded
Lost or Stolen Packages
Clay Date is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the shipment has been marked as delivered to the address provided at checkout.
If tracking information confirms successful delivery, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.
If you experience issues with your delivery, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly. Of course, we are always happy to assist where possible.
Customs & Import Duties
For countries outside the European Union, including the United States, Norway, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom, import duties, customs fees, or local taxes may occasionally apply depending on local regulations.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping prices.
