Is the clay safe for children?
Yes! Our clay is non-toxic, BPA-free, and completely safe for children ages 3 and up. It’s soft, easy to shape, and leaves no mess or residue on hands or surfaces.
That said, we always recommend supervised play for younger children — especially when using the sculpting tools or working small parts.
Can I order Claydate as a gift for someone?
Yes! Claydate makes an amazing gift, and we’ve made sure the entire experience is gift-ready:
● All sets come in a beautifully designed box, perfect for birthdays, holidays, or surprise packages.
● The sets are shipped in unmarked packaging with no logos or product names visible, ideal if you want to keep it a surprise.
● No paper receipts or invoices are included in the box. All order confirmations and receipts are sent via email only.

How does the clay dry?
Our clay is designed to be air-dry only, which means:
● No baking or heating required
● 24 to 48 hours to fully dry
● Leave undisturbed when airdrying
How much is shipping, and how long does it take?
Shipping is 100% Free no matter how many sets you order.

● Processing time: 1–2 business days
● Delivery time: typically 2-4 days (EU)
